Contained Pack-Off System (CPS) is a GMP-compliant solution designed for the safe and contained filling of pharmaceutical and chemical powders into liners or bags. It uses specially folded continuous liners, up to 80 m long, which minimize operator exposure and minimize operator exposure while preventing product contamination during bag change over.
Depending on the powder properties and the closure method used (clips or welding), containment levels of less than 1 µg/m³ can be achieved.

The system can be installed directly at the discharge point of processing equipment or mounted on a frame equipped with load cells for weighing. Additional features include rollers for easy handling, vent filters, liner inertisation, and dosing devices for accurate product dispensing.

Liners are manufactured and folded in an ISO 5 cleanroom environment and can be gamma irradiated for sterile applications. Their unique side-folding design allows cartridges that are 2–3 times longer than standard continuous liner systems, providing increased capacity and operational efficiency. Pre-folded liners are available in various sizes and supplied in protective PE bags.
